RoTFL 2 SCHEDULE

RoTFL scheduling is designed to be easy and convenient, which requires spreading the rounds out over two months. Weekly matches should take an average of one hour. Since many people go away on vacation during this time of year, Make-Up weeks are being made available so no one has to miss any games. We have a table of match times and timezones below.

Registration Closes – Tuesday, August 7th, 11 pm EST!

Round One – Dark – August 9th to August 11th
Round Two – Slug – August 16th to August 18th
Round Three – Light – August 23rd to August 25th

Make-Up week(s) for Rounds 1 to 3 – August 30th to September 1st & 6th to 8th

Round Four – Dark – September 13th – September 15th
Round Five – Slug – September 20th – September 22nd
Round Six – Light – September 27th – September 29th

Make-Up week for Rounds 4 to 6 – October 4th – October 6th

Tie Breaker week – October 11th – October 13th

Official Tournament End / Prizes are mailed – October 15th

Games will be held on Marius.net with BattleWatch as a back up.

All contestants will receive a weekly email containing details on finding their specific match. Please reply to confirm or reschedule your match! Please email ChrisP at ebreer@hotmail.com if you are unable to attend a specific week. Only contestants who give advance notice of missing a round will be guaranteed a Make-Up match. Contestants who fail to give advance notice of missing a round may still be allowed to play in a Make-Up round, but only if there is availability based on 8 player matches.

A maximum ten minute grace period will be allowed for being late. Please be prepared by having the Magma Unity3 and Magma InCarn8 plugins installed!
